Validación de técnica analítica por espectrofotometría uv-visible para determinación cuantitativa de glutaraldehído 10,5% solución dispositivo médico

Abstract

La presente investigación, se planteó la validación de la técnica analítica de glutaraldehído 10,5% solución bajo la forma de dispositivo médico por lo cual no figura en ninguna obra oficial y se procedió a evaluar los parámetros estipulados en la USP 40 como: selectividad, precisión, exactitud, linealidad y robustez. El estudio básico-experimental se realizó en el departamento de control de calidad del laboratorio Roker, lima durante el año 2018; aplicando el método espectrofotometría UV-Visible. El objetivo del presente estudio fue validar la técnica analítica por espectrofotometría UV-Visible (Espectrofotómetro Genesys 10s uv-vis a 238 nm)

The present investigation, likewise the validation of the analytical technique of glutaraldehyde 10.5% solution in the form of a medical device was considered, which is why it is not included in any official work and stipulated parametersin the USP 40 as: selectivity, precision, accuracy, linearity and robustness.
