La inteligencia emocional y las características emprendedoras personales de los alumnos del Instituto Tecnológico de Aviación Elmer Faucett – Lima.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación enfoca los resultados de la relación entre la inteligencia emocional y las características emprendedoras personales de los alumnos del I.T. Aviación Elmer Faucett – Lima. Tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación de la inteligencia emocional con las características emprendedoras personales. Investigación de diseño descriptivo correlacional. El tamaño de la muestra se obtuvo de forma probabilística, con 132 alumnos de las especialidades del Instituto Tecnológico de Aviación Elmer Faucett de Lima, administrándose dos instrumentos: El EQ-I Bar0n Emotional Quotient Inventory, de Bar-0n y el Cuestionario de Características Emprendedoras Personales. El marco teórico relacionado a las variables se ha desarrollado consultando una numerosa bibliografía especializada lo cual ha permitido sustentar, explicar y establecer los criterios teóricos y metodológicos del objeto de estudio. Las variables fueron: independiente inteligencia Emocional y dependiente Características Emprendedoras Personales. Los datos se organizaron y sistematizaron mediante un análisis estadístico aplicándose el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson (r). Como conclusiones se encontró que no existe una relación entre Inteligencia Emocional y las Características Emprendedoras Personales de los alumnos del I.T.Aviación Elmer Faucett – Lima. En las hipótesis específicas se encontró, relación entre las dimensiones Interpersonal y Estado de Ánimo general con las características Emprendedoras Personales.

The present research focuses on the results of the relationship between emotional intelligence and the personal entrepreneurial characteristics of I.T. students. Aviation Elmer Faucett - Lima. Its general objective was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and personal entrepreneurial characteristics. Descriptive correlational design research. The sample size was obtained probabilistically, with 132 students from the specialties of the Technological Institute of Aviation Elmer Faucett of Lima, administering two instruments: The EQ-I Bar0n Emotional Quotient Inventory, Bar-0n and the Questionnaire of Entrepreneurial Characteristics Personal. The theoretical framework related to the variables has been developed consulting a large specialized bibliography which has allowed to support, explain and establish the theoretical and methodological criteria of the object of study. The variables were: independent intelligence Emotional and dependent Personal Entrepreneurial Characteristics. The data were organized and systematized using a statistical analysis using Pearson's correlation coefficient (r). As conclusions it was found that there is no relationship between Emotional Intelligence and the Personal Entrepreneurial Characteristics of the students of the I. El Salvador Faucett Aviation - Lima. In the specific hypotheses we found, relationship between the Interpersonal dimensions and general mood with the Personal Emprendedoras characteristics.
